In the evening at 5 PM, Ramjan called his younger brother Shahin and warned him not to attend any meetings or rallies. He also said,
"We are the children of poor people, why should we die on the street?"
Monwara Begum said, "My son warned his younger brother on Thursday evening, and even on Friday morning, my son died on the street."
When asked if she wanted justice for her son's death, she replied, "Who should I ask for justice? Who should I file a case against? I don't even know who have killed my son? Whether it was the police force or somebody else? So, how can I file a case? I don't want to get involved in any legal battle. If the government kindly helps me and arranges a job for my youngest son, maybe we can survive and eat something."
