Hasan Hossain

Hasan Hossain is the name of a talented young man from Tulatali village in Kachua Upazila of Chandpur district. He was born on January 3, 2006, to Mr. Kabir Hossain and Halima Begum. After completing his primary and secondary education in his own village, he got admitted to Rahimanagar Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Degree College. Besides studying, Shaheed Hasan was involved in various extracurricular activities. He was a skilled player in cricket.
"He was the hope of my family."
The family's plight
The financial condition of the martyr's family is extremely critical. His father, Kabir Hossain, was a farmer by profession. Currently, he is unable to work due to leg surgery. As a result, the family's main source of income has stopped. The martyr's family only has their homestead land as their own land. The semi-finished house on the homestead was built with the financing of the uncle. Shaheed Hasan used to work as an employee in a shop for his own education and his father's treatment. As a result, the family got some relief from his income. But after Hasan's death, that source of income also stopped. Currently, there is a severe financial crisis in the family. In this situation, financial assistance is needed for the family, such as the cost of the sister's education, the cost of the father's treatment, and help in meeting the daily expenses of the household.
"This boy is my pride. I have given him for the country."
My son is my pride
Shaheed Hasan Hossain was a very good-natured person and a responsible boy. His family and acquaintances described him as a calm and hardworking young man. Keeping in mind the financial problems of the family, he used to work in the shop along with his studies. The grieving mother of the martyr, Halima Begum, said in a sorrowful voice, "My son was my pride. At a young age, he did a lot for our family. I lost him for the country, all my dreams have been shattered." His father Kabir Hossain was also proud of his son. He said, "This boy is my pride. I have given him for the country. He was the hope of my family." This sacrifice of Hasan Hossain is both a sorrowful and a heroic event for his family. Not only the villagers, but today the entire nation of Bangladesh remembers Shaheed Hasan Hossain with respect. Everyone in the family agrees that Hasan was loved by everyone. His death has caused an irreparable loss not only to the family but to the entire society.

Earning a living
Shaheed Hasan Hossain came to the capital city to take responsibility of the family. The purpose is only one, that is job. It wasn't long before the golden deer was caught in his hands. Hasan was appointed as an employee in a stationery shop in the Badda area. Even if the salary was not mountain-high, he dreamed sky-high. When the responsibility of three sisters, sick father and family fell on his shoulders, Hasan increased his hard work. He has to do overtime duty along with regular eight hours. With which the daily necessities of the family began to be met. This is how the days went by. Gradually, the patriotic Hasan became the only earner of the family. Suddenly, students and the public across the country announced a protest program against the then autocratic ruler, the killer Hasina. Shaheed Bir Tejaswi young Hasan Hossain joined the program.
The day and night before the martyrdom
On July 18, 2024, Md. Hasan Hossain participated in the then anti-discrimination student movement in Rampura area of Dhaka. The Students of Canadian and BRAC University participated in that movement. Where the students and the public united and presented peaceful demands for the reform of the quota system. To stop the movement, the killer Hasina's accomplices Awami Jubo League terrorists started marching with various local weapons. At one point, they mingled with the students. They attacked while hiding their identity and fled quickly. Several students and the public were taken to the hospital. Hasina played the second move to suppress the movement. Through RAB, they started firing from a helicopter. Suddenly, a bullet hit Hasan's head. He fell to the ground as blood stained and injured. He was rescued from the spot and quickly taken to Dhaka Medical Hospital. Seeing the condition critical, the martyr was admitted to the ICU of the hospital. On July 19, Hasan's family kept worrying outside the ICU Day and night. His loving mother repeatedly became restless with worry seeing her son's injured condition. The condition gradually deteriorated. The waiting room was filled with the cries of relatives. July 20, 2024, 9:20 PM. Suddenly the nurse ran and said - who are the relatives of the patient Hasan? The martyr's mother replied crying - I am his unfortunate mother. The nurse said - 'You keep praying, the patient's condition is not good.' After a while, the great hero Hasan Hossain passed away in the court of the great Allah. Secondary brain injury is mentioned as the main cause of death. A shadow of mourning descended on the family due to the martyr's death. Before being injured, Hasan had last spoken to his sister. He informed her that 'The condition of the capital is not good, who knows what will happen at any moment.' He had asked her to pray for him. And he had said - 'Take care of your father. I will send money after a week.'
